Juan P was the best server at the Marbella restaurant for breakfast buffet ..and of course Enrique was the best activities advisers. The hotel itself was amazing! Staff were very hospitable! Made us feel very comfortable! We spent 5 days at the resort!

Juan P. is phenomenal and the service he provided was amazing. I love this place and he made it even better. I would recommend this place to anyone. I love the atmosphere it was very peaceful and welcoming. The staff was very accommodating. Thank you so much!

We came to Puerto Rico for a fun girls trip! Puerto Rica has been amazing, everything is so beautiful. The hotel I just have two complaints unfortunately the room was not cleaned well. There was food in the fridge and there was dirty wash clothes left hanging on the rack in the bathrooms so that was unfortunate but everything else in the room was great. We did tell the front desk & they attended to it quickly which was impressive. We also ate at the hotel buffet and was greeted by Juan Pablo let me tell you his customer service skills are exceptional, his mood, his smile, his attention to detail was phenomenal! Thank you Juan Pablo!

Ther resort is nice and they seem to keep up with Maintenace on the property, it's a little older building but still nice.

The room was so clean and comfy, we also love the casino. The beach is nice as always, the birds are fun to watch. Couldn’t have picked a better stay while vacationing. I also would like to give Juan Pablo huge praises for taking care of me and my wife.
