We had an incredible stay. The facilities were beautiful and tranquil, The staff was warm and accommodating, the food was interestign and superb. Highly recommend.

If you want an authentic, intimate, escape, Viceroy Riviera Maya exceeds all- it's private villas in the jungle with nature all around plus the absolutely amazing staff is truly one of my favorite places in the world- as a travel advisor, I always reccommend the Viceroy to guests and I always make a point of coming back myself time after time. The chef/ food is also phenomenal. I love this special place

You could not ask for a better relaxing getaway! The villas are beautiful and comfortable, and just as shown on the website. The amenities, including the pool/beach area service, the gym and the painters cove, were tremendous and left you wanting nothing. The spa treatments were some of the best I have ever had. The food absolutely top notch- with a great blend of local flavor or more traditional resort food, depending on your mood. It was tranquil, the views gorgeous, and your every need was taken care of. I cannot recommend it enough!

My partner Paul and I spent an amazing week at your property. It was our first time visiting Viceroy, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, every member of the team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We truly felt special and at home throughout our stay. A special shout‑out to Andrez at the restaurant—his warm smile, genuine kindness, and attention to detail made every meal unforgettable. What impressed us most was how sincerely he cared about creating a wonderful experience for us; it never felt like a routine task, but rather a reflection of the pride he takes in his work. He even made a thoughtful, personalized sign for us during our final dinner, which was such a delightful surprise. Any employer would be fortunate to have someone like Andrez on their team. We travel often, and the spa experience is one of our favorite parts of discovering new destinations. Erandi, Rosa, and Armando made ours absolutely extraordinary. I can confidently say that Armando is one of the best massage therapists we’ve ever had—his work was truly exceptional. The service provided by the entire spa team was outstanding, and we can’t wait to return to your property, especially to enjoy the spa again. A special thank you as well to Alfredo, who helped with all of our requests and coordinated our excursions even before we arrived. His care, attention, and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay incredibly smooth, enjoyable, and truly memorable. An exceptional small resort with truly outstanding service, on par with what you’d expect from a five star hotel in a major European or US city. The staff is always attentive, ensuring every need is met before you even have to ask. The villas offer complete privacy, making it an ideal setting for couples looking to enjoy a special getaway.
