Excellent hotel, location and service. When on business, efficient service is critical. The hotel staff in particular were very helpful and exceeded my expectations.

I stayed at Four Seasons Freedom Center for 3 nights. Upon arrival into Riyadh Airport, I used the hotel car service to get to the hotel. The driver was there waiting for me in a Mercedes S Class and had me at the hotel in around 30mins. Check in was very efficient. The bell staff and butler were waiting for my car and efficiently ushered me through the checking process and to my room. The room itself was fine. Quite spacious and well appointed. During my stay I used the hotel laundry service which was efficient. I had breakfast in the Grill restaurant. There is also a Starbucks Reserve in the lobby. The hotel is connected to a luxury mall which has multiple other casual dining options. Overall the Four Seasons was a great solution for a short business trip to Riyadh

An awesome experience at the hotel, staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and modern. Dinner at the Grill restaurant was outstanding . Breakfast is a cold buffet with a hot al e carte menu, this was perfect as your meal was made to your own specifications . Loved this hotel and will definately be back .

We were at Four Seasons in April, 2024. Great location, impeccable service and spotless. Since we arrived in the hotel, Amira Ben Zineb was amazing. Extremely professional and at the same time she made us feel at home. Whenever we meet her at the hotel, Amira was always available to help us with whatever we needed. Thanks!! The breakfast was wonderful. Great options, service was incredible and the ambiance was very pleasant with the swimming near by. The only point missing was not having a Spa and a Salon available for women, unfortunately.
