Terrible hotel you think you are staying there but when you arrive you are advised that it’s a 10 min from the hotel for our room. Which was not a hotel room but a room in an Air B &B. No amities or room service.

The hotel is set up with multiple separate buildings that require you to walk out on the street to go from one to the other. The location right by the Spanish Steps is PHENOMENAL. The high end shopping, the restaurants, etc., all right there! Nonetheless, because the buildings are older, my group had multiple issues getting into their buildings with their keys. At one point the door was stuck and no one could get in or out of the building. Even the attendant in the building couldn't get out. It was a frustrating situation for sure. The staff's demeanor toward my friends was unfortunate. From complaining about having shopping bags from stores delivered to the hotel, to being annoyed at us because the doors were stuck, it just wasn't a pleasant experience. The rooms above the Dolce & Cabana building were very OK. I really have no complaints and no accolades either. One of the other rooms had an upstairs/downstairs, which was unique, but tight. Good luck getting that heavy bag up those interior stairs! Breakfast, was nice. Eggs your way, and some pastries... not bad! Overall, this place just wasn't for me. It's a unique property for sure, but the fact you can't pick the specific room you'll get... I don't plan on booking this property again with so many other great options in the area.

The location was great and the staff even better. We had the premium 1 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for our family of four. Steps away from the Spanish Steps (pun intended) and restaurants. The apartment was a 2 minute walk from the main hotel but the staff helped bring our bags up and down when we had to leave. Kyle, the manager on call, was extremely nice, but the whole staff was accommodating, even when we arrived at breakfast 10 minutes before closing. Definitely recommend this hotel for your trip to Rome.

Big disappointment. No reception , no bar in fact no facilities at all. It was central though. We had to sit in our room when we were there. Bathroom small and tired. Breakfast at best average. How it gets 4 stars I have no idea. We felt overcharged and let down .

We recently arrived to our extreme disappointment to the Inn. We found the rooms we saw to have an old and musty smell. The elevator , hallways and Rooms were dirty. , rundown and in need of a total renovation. We left and did not stay! This place isn’t worth consideration. Save yourself the hassle.
