Luxury hotel with superior service. Location is amazing. Concierge helped us with a few activities during our stay. The complimentary breakfast will satisfy all international guests. The rooms are impressive and provide the comfort one would expect at a luxury hotel.

Amazing service, beautiful hotel, beautiful spacious room. Excellent food for breakfast lunch and dinner. We came with our 8 month old baby and little dog and the team made our stay wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel to families or couples looking for a great overall experience.

We stayed at Anantara twice over the last month with both children & elderly parents (one in a wheelchair). We did have a minor room service issue on the first day however the staff demonstrated first class service recovery & resolved everything quickly. The hotel is beautiful & well located, the bedrooms are large & amenities excellent however what really sets the hotel apart is the staff. In particular the front desk & concierge are exceptional....every employee is professional, knowledgable & Anantara's staff training / culture shines through with every interaction. I would also suggest that the housekeeping team is one of the best we have encountered anywhere in the world....this team should not be overlooked & the housekeeping manager should be commended for building a wonderful, friendly & efficient team of professionals. While we did have a room service issue early the food was extremely high quality. Breakfasts are also a treat with a large selection to enjoy while gifted pianists play everything from Charles Aznavour to Lady Gaga !! While Anantara isn't the cheapest in Rome it is worth every euro & we will be happy to return....

There’s just one word for this hotel - WOW! We came here to celebrate my milestone birthday and we were blown away from start to finish. The building is spectacular, the rooms are large and opulent, with beautiful decor and beds that are like a cloud in heaven, all of Rome is within easy reach, and there’s even historical ruins in the basement of this building to see. The amazing friendly staff genuinely can’t do enough for you, from the concierge who can help you find the best restaurants in town, to the porters who greet you every day and even remember your name, and the bar staff who serve every drink with a smile. Everything here is just genuinely perfect. I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience like this, and I’ve stayed in some of the most expensive and beautiful hotels in the world. But this was special. The rooftop bar SEEN is also fabulous - with quirky cocktails, great views, and a really trendy but chilled out vibe. A perfect place to wind down after a day exploring Rome. We loved it! This hotel and the staff went out of their way every day we were here to make my birthday and our stay in Rome an unforgettable and special experience. I could not have asked for a more magical birthday. From the upgrade they gave us to an even more beautiful room, to leaving champagne, treats and even letting us sit in their special lounge for my birthday breakfast, they absolute made this birthday for me. I truly cannot thank this hotel and everyone in it enough. This place is just out of this world. Everything about this hotel is genuinely 5* and what you’d expect from a truly luxury stay. If you want to be treated like royalty, this hotel is the one. If you’re looking for somewhere special, opulent, and for a truly luxurious, romantic break in Rome then look no further. You won’t regret it!

Gem of a place. I’ve stayed with Anantara hotels before. This continued the good experience. The concierge was ever helpful and had cracking recommendations, the taxis were organised with precision and care. When I came down with a cold the restaurant crew made a ginger, lemon and honey infusion - the best personalized attention I have received in a long time. I’ll be back.
