Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel

Highly recommend this amazing hotel! Beautiful common areas and very generous rooms. Service was excellent and breakfast was great.

We only had one night at Anantara Palazzo Naiadi, but it was absolutely spectacular from start to finish. The location couldn't be more convenient—just steps from Roma Termini train station, making it perfect for travelers arriving by rail or catching early trains. The property itself is stunning. The beautiful blend of historic architecture with modern luxury creates such an elegant atmosphere. We spent time at the Akwa lobby bar, where Linda and Gabriele provided exceptional service—they were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Bar Manager Robert clearly leads a fantastic team. The breakfast was outstanding—generous selection, high quality ingredients, and beautifully presented and service was steller! It was the perfect way to start our day in Rome. What truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine hospitality. From check-in to departure, every team member made us feel valued and cared for. Though we only stayed one night, we're already planning our return visit. In a city with countless hotel options, Anantara Palazzo Naiadi stands out for its perfect combination of location, beauty, service, and genuine Italian warmth. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable Roman experience!

We have stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world. I was so impressed with the physical hotel and the service, that I assess the Palazzo Anantara as the best overall hotel we have ever stayed at. We stayed 6 days. Our room was a junior suite, which consisted of an enormous bedroom with 6m ceilings, a foyer with 3 wardrobes and a well-stocked mini bar. The bathroom was enormous and full marble with a great double vanity, bathtub and shower, along with a wall-hung toilet and a bidet. The only criticism I would make is that their hot water is not hot enough. There was bottled water supplied generously in the bathroom and bedroom in commercial glass bottles. We received chocolates on check-in and checkout along with complimentary Aqua Di Parma hair products and hand creams. The concierge desk was incredibly helpful. We got restaurant reservations with the best tables in the restaurants. Stephania and Giulia at the concierge desk helped me find a rare charging cord for my smartwatch. They called hotels where we had stayed at and searched and called a number I stores, before Stephania ordered the cord on her personal Amazon account. There was a handsome young man who helped us with our restaurant reservations, and we loved Target restaurant which is very close to the hotel. Salvatore also helped us find a great pizza restaurant and made reservations for us. Breakfast was included with our room. At breakfast we were always welcomed warmly by Giorgia, and Stephania and Aliria took wonderful care of us. The food choices are wonderful and I had the most delicious coffee I have ever had ever had. A pianist played a baby grand piano during breakfast… never had that before. Every staff member we met, from Mirco and the young lady with curly red hair in the lobby bar, to room staff we passed in the corridors, such as Alex, all had a smile and greeted us with a heartfelt buongiorno. The hotel is grand, the rooms are epic and the staff are faultless. This is definitely the best hotel experience I have ever had. If I return to Rome, there is nowhere else I would stay. The staff was perfection, the breakfast amazing, the room amenities- meh. I have not stayed in a high rated hotel such as this with a pay per item mini bar. this seemed very tacky and out of line with the rest of the facility. Most hotels of this caliber offer only complimentary items in the room- If I would like to buy a cocktail, I will order one or use room service. Why would I want a convenience store in my personal room?

In early December 2025 my wife and I were taking an ocean cruise around Italy via Viking Cruise Lines. We had a 3-day pre-cruise extension in Rome. Viking put us up at the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel. In short, it was awesome! Probably the nicest hotel we've ever stayed at in all of our travels. Very centrally located. The rooms were more than adequate size and very clean, very quiet with no noises from the outside at all. The hotel was very elegant with great Lobby Bar area. The hotel employees were all extremely accommodating and nice. The breakfasts were over the top with just about anything you could ask for no matter what country you're from. The roof-top restaurant was top notch with an awesome view of Rome. It even has a roof-top infinity pool & deck / bar area with same views. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Rome!
