Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel

Room was dark and looked out to the alley with yhe garbage. This was supposedly an upgraded room Front desk person was pushy and weird you have to fill out a lot of paperwork to stay here. Not worth the money. The Marriott Grand Flora 6 minutes away was superior and less money

A majestic hotel with an amazingly friendly and responsive staff. The location is great and the arranged tours were led by incredibly informative guides. Our lead planning concierge, Luna Crescente was wonderful to work with in making tour, spa and restaurant arrangements.

The stay of a lifetime – the perfect proposal experience I honestly do not know where to begin. From the moment we booked, the team at Anantara Palazzo Naiadi went above and beyond to help me plan my proposal to my now fiancée, Erin. The communication before arrival was unbelievable. Calvin, Giulia, Valentina and Marta were all incredibly kind, thoughtful and genuinely invested in helping create a special experience for us. Every detail was handled perfectly. When we arrived, we had been upgraded to an incredible suite overlooking Piazza della Repubblica, and the room setup was exactly how I had imagined it. Veuve Clicquot on ice, rose petals throughout the room, a beautifully presented rose, cake from the pastry team and the most stunning balcony view over Rome. It genuinely took our breath away. I proposed on the balcony overlooking the fountain during golden hour, and thankfully Erin said yes. It became one of the most unforgettable moments of our lives, and this hotel played such a huge part in making it happen. What stood out most was how personal everything felt. This did not feel like standard luxury hospitality. Every member of staff made us feel genuinely cared for and celebrated. You could tell they truly wanted the experience to be perfect for us. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless throughout, and despite being in such a central part of Rome, the suite was peaceful and quiet which made the experience feel even more intimate. The location is perfect, the breakfast was excellent, and the service was honestly among the best we have ever experienced anywhere in the world. In terms of value, while this was a special luxury stay for us, the level of care, generosity, attention to detail, complimentary touches, and overall experience genuinely made it feel worth every penny. We will never forget this stay and will absolutely return in the future. Thank you again to everyone at Anantara Palazzo Naiadi for helping create memories we will carry with us forever.

Excellent hotel. All the staff was amazing on the whole time i stayed. 100% Recommended.

This was a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and a very comfortable bed. We truly were impressed with everything.
