Great luxury stay in Rome
Had a great stay at Baglioni Regina in Rome. The property is a blend of classic elegance with modern luxury. The rooms are large and comfortable with Aqua di Parma bath products. Location is great right on Via Veneto famous for its role in creating Dolce Vita fame - and it’s right across the street from the American embassy. But the best part of our stay were the people and service at the hotel from the doormen and front desk, to the restaurant servers, housekeeping and very knowledgeable concierge staff. Always a friendly face to welcome us back.

Fantastic stay!
We had an absolutely great stay here at hotel Baglioni! Obviously the hotel is very nice but what stood out the most was the service of the staff. Everyone treated us so well and was so kind. The hotel truly treated us like we were the most important guests there, even for a one night stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Baglioni hotel with dirty carpets !!
Terrible experience , booked 2 bedroom suite for substantial €2200 per night, got downgraded to small room with dirty carpet and mold on it . My booked suite was occupied ! Please be careful when you choose a room from a website with beautiful pictures of the rooms ! Hard to describe the disappointment ! Would never choose this hotel again !

Perfect Hotel in Rome…
Absolutely perfect stay at Hotel Baglioni in Rome! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome—always greeting us with genuine smiles and warm hospitality. Special thanks to Rocco, the front desk manager, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our visit was taken care of. We stayed in the family suite on the 5th floor, which was spacious, beautifully appointed, and truly perfection for our needs. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of fresh options to start our day right. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better—central to everything we wanted to see and do in Rome. I highly recommend Hotel Baglioni to anyone visiting the city. We can’t wait to return!

Nice people but the hotel needs updating. Overall average experience.
This hotel needs some updating. The hallways are beat up in spots, and the rooms are fine overall but show age in layout and furniture. The front desk folks were nice, but our room was ready at exactly check in time despite requesting early check and being told we are on the priority list to get it early. I will not repeat, but if its a good price its not a bad option.
