We enjoyed our one day stay at this lovely hotel near the Spanish steps. At first, we were slightly concerned given we had not heard of star hotels however, we must say the service was exceptional and the vibe and look of the hotel is very modern and rich. Last time we stayed at the W hotel Rome and we’ve also stayed at a DELFI in Rome, but this far exceeded our expectations. The entire staff is also incredibly service oriented and we will definitely look forward to coming back.

We had an excellent aperitivo at Terrazza Romana with my colleagues and were truly impressed by the experience. Adriano and his team welcomed us with great care and attention, making us feel at home from the very beginning. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere elegant yet relaxed, and every detail was handled with professionalism and warmth. As Romans ourselves, we can confidently say this is a place worth visiting, whether you’re a local or a visitor. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine and memorable aperitivo in Rome.

The people who operate this hotel are the warmest, most professional, most thoughtful humans on the entire planet. The sweet gestures - chocolates and water every evening, the coordinate of the best private tour of the colosseum we will ever have, the pillows, the drinks, the notes from the Concierge team, this hotel is magnificent. Shout out to Angelo one of the bartenders who is a wonderful conversationalist! We adored him (and his magic superpower of mixology). Huge shout out to Augustina and her charm and heart of gold. It’s clear she and her team work so hard to make sure every guest is well cared for. We’ve never relaxed so well and so completely under the care of this hotel’s team.

What a fantastic hotel and amazing staff. We stayed at this hotel with Hilton and had a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was very well appointed and modern. The location is ideal for a Roman experience in the heart of the old charm. The staff was superb and treated us with the highest level of service we could ask for. The morning breakfast was superb and dinner at the restaurant was fabulous. We will most definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome.
