Hotel de Russie

I use to be a client of the bar of the Russie hotel. I think the name is Stravinsky It was magnificent , The staff excellent, The property ha changed ,the staff Now, in may opinion ,Stravinsky look like a second / third class bar in Trastevere ( Roman suburb ) incompetent staff . Without training anplesent experience Price as a first class, service like a Road house in Pioria Illinois ( without offending Road bar in the in Illinois,streets Concluding SABENA ( Belgian air line close for capter 4 Sach a bed Experience Never again

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel de Russie. The location is perfect - close to all the sights and in the center of everything, but a lovely quiet oasis where you can escape the intensity of the city. Our room, the Vaselli Suite, was perfect. We would look out the windows and from our balcony and terrace and all we saw was the greenery of the beautiful gardens. I am quite sure that is a rare view in the city of Rome. All of the staff were wonderful but wanted to give a special thanks to Alessio and Massimiliano in the bar. We won't stay anywhere else in Rome!

The hotel itself, with its stunning location, elegance, and design, is simply beyond compare. Absolutely fantastic. But what really makes the difference compared to other five-star hotels I have stayed in are the people. From the very first moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were greeted with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. At reception, everything was explained perfectly by Octavian, and we were given a tour of the hotel. Even though we arrived early, our room was already prepared, and we were personally shown to it with great care and attention. I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire Concierge Team, who were able to arrange wonderful last-minute tickets for the Vatican Museums and Villa Borghese, even though they were officially sold out. We were also very grateful and delighted with all the excellent restaurant and café recommendations. Marina, Alessio, Tito, and the whole team were simply outstanding. Furthermore, we would like to thank you for the incredible breakfast experience. Another highlight on our short vacation was Mario and his team. They made each morning truly special with their warm, attentive, and genuine hospitality. Mario surprised us every day with wonderful local specialties that we would never have discovered without him. It was simply perfect. A big thank you also to all the other team members we did not have the chance to meet in person this time. I am already very much looking forward to hopefully returning soon to the beautiful Hotel de Russie.

We had jeny, Daniel and andreas serving us today and they were incredibly lovely and kind. The food was good and the service and vibes were immaculate.

Such a wonderful restaurant and a beautiful place! The staff was absolutely kind, the spaghetti pomodoro and ravioli were one of a kind! Thank you for the beautiful and tasty experience
