Hotel Hassler

This is definitely a 5 star plus hotel. We have stayed in top hotels throughout the world and The Hassler is ranked with the best of them in our opinion. We had a room in the hotel and our two daughters with their husband and one child each stayed in the rooms that overlook the Spanish Steps. From the moment we walked in, we were recognized and the entire staff was very welcoming. Our room on the fifth floor was in perfect condition, had plenty of space and was extremely comfortable. The bed was great. The hotel is extremely quiet and the breakfast each morning was outstanding with all the selections that one would want. The location is great, on top of the Spanish Steps. The view from the Bar area on the top floor overlooking Rome is fantastic. We cannot say enough about the entire staff, the Front Desk, the concierge and the breakfast attendants were professional, helpful and most importantly they made you feel very welcoming. Our best conclusion on the Hassler is that it will be the only Hotel we stay at again in Rome. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed at the Il Pallazetto which is a component of the Hassler both this year and last year. This place was amazing. The location was second to none. We were able to use the amenities of the Hassler. The hotel had an elevator so we did not have top climb up and down the Spanish Steps as often. The bed was so comfortable as was the linens.

Lovely cocktails on their 7th Floor Terrace. Charming staff and spectacular views! Possibly one of the best in Rome. Some fourteen years since a stay there and this quick re-visit lived up to my expectations and memories. A truly luxurious treat!

The Hassler is a spectacular hotel in a fabulous location in Rome. Right atop the Spanish Steps and within walking distance to exceptional local dining and tourist sights, the location is ideal. Our stay coincided with the funeral of Pope Francis, but you would not have known that dignitaries were in residence other than the presence of security details. We loved everything about the hotel - our Grand Deluxe Room, the view, the hotel staff and service, the breakfast, the bar, and our arrival and departure assistance. The Concierge team notified us of the arrival of our local guides and drivers and they were extremely helpful with recommendations and directions when exploring on our own. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the hotel.

If you are considering a stay at the Hassler while in Rome you will not be disappointed. The Hassler staff are professional, friendly and welcoming. The accommodations and proximity add to a perfect trip. A first class hotel. My wife and i would definitely stay here again when in Rome.
