Beautiful hotel and exceptional service in Rome
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Rome. The service staff was excellent and friendly. Especially Veronica, from guest relations, she made sure everything was always delightful. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to Rome. Also the bar on the rooftop is breathtaking at sunset.

Outstanding Concierge Service
Our room was incredibly quiet and comfortable, especially considering the 24 hour traffic craziness of Rome. Loved the rooftop restaurant and bars, and we had excellent service. We had a wonderful stay that was made so much better by the help of our Concierge Mauro! He booked our limo services, made food recommendations, and was endlessly delightful. Thank you, Mauro, for making our stay so comfortable!

Great Stay for Marriott Loyalists
Prime location that is very convenient to both a train and bus stop across the street. Marriott Platinum members are eligible for free breakfast upstairs which was better than the options nearby. Did not use any SNA for this stay but was given a view upgrade. Conceirege desk was also very helpful in giving directions and recommendations on how to get to more niche spots around town. Would recommend this hotel is you're a Marriott loyalist and want to stays cheap with points
