First day there: great welcome, our bags were taken up and we had early check-in. We were supposed to have a room with two separated beds. We arrived in the room, it was not that, no big deal so we requested that to be done, left the hotel to explore and came back that evening, nothing was done. Not to mention the cleanliness of the bathroom was not great, it was not clean. Dust and first by the window bench and dust by the coffee/tea area. On the same evening, the toilet stopped working. Second day there: No conditioner in the shower, the entire bottle was off of the wall. For the body wash, the pump did not work. We messaged the front desk about the beds, body wash, conditioner and toilet. The toilet was fixed. All the other needs not addressed. We had to go out and scour the hallways for housekeeping to help ourselves. Fortunately housekeeping was understanding and providing conditioner and body wash. Came back in the evening, the beds were still not separated and we even requested separate sheets, nothing done. Someone came to the room later on and said because it’s past 10pm, nothing can be done and there is no access to extra sheets. Third day there: lights in the entire room went out. Still no separate beds or extra bed sheets. Lights eventually came back on. The bathroom light then began to flicker on and off for the rest of the trip. The staff at the front desk, the doormen are all amazing. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The included free beverage ticket was nice but the room issues felt like a 2 star motel. Likely won’t return. Likely won’t recommend to others.

All hotel associates were extremely attentive, knowledgeable and kind. I had a pleasure getting to chat with a couple. The concierge’s Mauro and Max were a pleasure to meet. Mauro helped get my family last minute tickets to the Vatican. This staff is top notch.

My wife and I stayed at the Sina Bernini Bristol for five nights during our honeymoon in early April 2026 (Room 511). The hotel itself is beautiful — the renovation is well done, the location on Piazza Barberini is unbeatable, and we genuinely enjoyed most of our stay. However, I'm writing this review because of what happened after checkout, which has fundamentally changed how I view this property. Upon departing, I accidentally left several articles of clothing hanging on hangers in the room's closet — a Patagonia jacket, a coat, a shirt, and a sweater, roughly $1,000 worth of items. I called the hotel the very next day to report them. I was told the matter would be sent to Lost & Found. I then heard nothing for three days. When I called back, I was told within an hour that no items had been found. To be clear: these were not small items tucked into a drawer. They were multiple garments hanging in plain sight in the closet. Anyone turning over that room would have seen them immediately. I escalated to the General Manager in writing. The response was polite but vague — a general description of an investigation with no specifics about which staff accessed the room or whether key card logs were reviewed. No resolution was offered, no compensation, no follow-up. I am now filing a police report with Italian authorities, a formal complaint with Marriott Bonvoy (this is an Autograph Collection property), and a claim with my credit card provider. I share this not to be vindictive — we had many lovely moments here — but because future guests deserve to know: check your closets thoroughly before you leave, and understand that if something goes missing, the hotel's process for recovering it may not be one you can rely on.

Wonderful hotel and staff, great central location, and a perfect stay at this property. The customer service at this property was especially top notch, making an already comfortable stay that much better. I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional guest relations/customer service provided by Sara, Marco, and Mariacristina at the front desk - they really went out of their way to make me feel welcome throughtout the entire stay. Gary from the breakfast restaurant was also super friendly. Thank you Sina Bernini Bristol team for a wonderful stay!

Excellent hotel for our brief stay. We stayed here just one night at the end of our two week trip to Italy. Picked it for easy access back to the airport. The location provides easy access to the tourist sites and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
