The Hoxton Rome

Honestly stayed here for a few nights the most amazing experience beautiful hotel can’t wait to come back and stay room was amazing really clean pure luxury

This is our second time in Rome Hox. It’s a beautiful hotel, well appointed and cosy. The staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable of cocktails and things to do in the city, including local food recommendations. We booked an adjoining room option for our 16yo and rather than being a walk through door it was two rooms with a “porch” which was additionally lockable from the inside as well as the standard key card option outside. This meant our 16yo had her own private space which she loved. The beds are the best and one of the key reasons why we keep returning to the Hox, good sleep when city exploring is so important and why we have now been to Rome, Paris, Vienna, Berlin, Amsterdam and Barcelona Hox!

The lobby is full of cruise ships that get dumped and spend hours being processed through the front desk (god forbid you are a guest who already checked in who has a need, you'll have to wait until the afternoon), the restaurant service is unbearably slow (front desk is very kind and helpful though), and got charged for the room twice and have been locked out of my credit card for a week. No one is able to help me even though I have called 3x and emailed 2x. This hotel may look good in photos, but that's where it ends.

I can't say enough great things about this wonderul hotel in a lovely upscale neighborhood in Rome. I was previously unfamiliar with The Hoxton chain but would not hesitate to stay again at The Hoxton Rome or another Hoxton property. The Hoxton Rome is a beautiful property with lovely rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The lobby is beautilfilly decorated with multiple trendy and comfortable sitting areas to relax with a cocktail after a day exploring Rome. Service provided by all of the staff was excellent - Filippo and Niccolo, thank you for making our stay extra special! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Rome. You won't be disappointed.
