The Hoxton, Rome has 192 bedrooms, a coffee bar and takeaway counter, a large light-flooded restaurant, and a beautiful outdoor terrace. Parquet floors, statement headboards and brass lighting features throughout, whilst bold colors, local stones and lacquered timbers nod to classic mid-century Italian design. We’ve got you covered for your best night’s sleep with comfy mattresses and black out blinds to help you drop off, and you’ll find our very own bathroom amenities range, Blank, to get you squeaky clean the next morning.

We had a great stay at The Hoxton Rome. The welcome was excellent, with a very friendly and helpful team from the beginning to the end. The atmosphere of the hotel is really nice, both modern and relaxed, which makes you feel comfortable immediately. The breakfast was amazing, with a very good variety and quality products. We also really enjoyed the bar service — the cocktails are very good and the team gives great recommendations. The location is another strong point: close to Villa Borghese, in a quiet area, but still well connected to the city. Our room had a small balcony, and it was a real pleasure to open the window and hear the soft sounds of the city. Once the window was closed, it was perfectly calm — like a cocoon. Nothing negative to say. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is well located if you don't want to be in the historic centre and don't mind travelling there by taxi or public transport. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. There is, however, no sound insulation. If, like us, you're unlucky to have neighbours who decide to stay up all night, you'll have to do the same. The conversations that guests in adjacent rooms were having could be heard word for word, it was like someone was sitting in my room talking loudly. On reporting this to the hotel staff we were told that they'd investigate, and they've subsequently said that the rooms next to us were "unoccupied" which is ridiculous because I could also hear conversations in the corridor when people were coming in and out of neighbouring rooms, and some of them even had a “do not disturb” door handle thing on.

A lovely hotel with a cool chilled vibe, great staff and in a great location out of the busy centre but easy enough to walk in.

The hotel restaurant (Elio) is a great experience of Italian food and cultural service. Frederico is excellent! Friendly, jovial and helpful! Served our Cappuccino’s with a smile! Excellent breakfast. Without asking, he helped us map a scenic route for walking to the Colosseum. Such an Italian role model for welcoming tourists! Good job Frederico!
