Best breakfast experience ever
We travel extensively and this has to be one of the best breakfast experiences we have ever had. The food and presentation are excellent as well as the staff. They love their work and they show it. An added bonus, we were here last year and some of the staff remembered us. It makes you feel appreciated and welcome. Congratulations to the manager Matttia and the entire staff

Not so satisfying.
The hotel and room was looking nice, and we even got an upgrade based on what the receptionist told us. However the shower drain was clogged, after addressing it to the reception they said they send someone up, but the problem was not resolved. Similar problem was with the toilet. It was quite disappointing that pricy hotel rooms have such problems with facilities. Breakfast at the hotel seemed to be a bit old. Otherwise the room was nice, we didn’t spend much time in the hotel, so I have nothing else to add.
