Amazing Staff
The hotel is in a prime location, close to everything, but what sets it apart is the staff. We were welcomed at check in by Maria who ensured we had everything we needed not just initially but throughout our stay. Vincenzo made breakfast a treat, remembering our cappuccino order and bringing them before we asked. Exceptional service, highly recommend.

Eternal Comfort in Rome!
We had a wonderful family stay at Hotel NH Collection in Rome. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and our family room was spacious and spotless. The staff went above and beyond, especially Mathew, Ana Lisa & Robert along with the rest of the great staff at the NH Collection. The food, especially the breakfast spread was varied and plenty for even picky eaters. We also appreciated the stroller-friendly access and the easy walks to numerous popular site seeing spots. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again on our next trip to Rome, God willing! P.S: Highly recommended for families.

Excellent hotel
NH Roma Giustiniano Hotel was wonderful - clean & great room with a balcony. The staff was always pleasant & available to help in any way. The location was very convenient near the Tiber River & Vatican. The breakfast was well stocked with quite a variety of food. Although we have stayed at 10 other hotels in the past, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful Rome stay
The NH Collection Roma Giustiniano is simply superb. Excellent location. The room was very spacious and had a nice view of St Peter's Basilica. The staff was wonderful. Excellent breakfast. They rescued from a bad experience at a nearby hotel, and will definitely return.
