Very good stay at the NH Giustiniano. Located very close to Vatican City and very accessible to a number of bus lines to access the rest of the City. Quiet neighbourhood with a number of very nice restaurants close by. Staff are very friendly and the housekeeping team were excellent. We booked a junior suite and the room was spacious with a decent sized bathroom. Excellent powerful shower! The only drawback is the hotel has wooden flooring which is terrible for noise. We had noisy people upstairs and needed ear plugs for sleeping. And there were no plug sockets near any mirrors which is just not helpful! That said we felt it was good value for money versus hotels near the main sightseeing points in Rome and would probably return.

Roberto’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality truly made our stay special. Whenever we saw him he greeted us with a good morning, good evening and even good night! Excellent.

What a lovely place to stay. Everything is very good: the location of the hotel in a quiet area near the back of Castel Sant'Angelo, the room, the extremely luxurious breakfast... Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Allesandro at the reception helped us very well when our wallet was stolen in the metro. The young lady at the bar also deserves praise. We can really recommend the hotel.

I really recommend this hotel. I've been there lots of times and I have always had wonderful stays. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is central, perfect to explore the city and visit its main attractions. Staff is the icing on the cake, they are super nice, always available and polite, especially the guys of the reception desk and Agnese and Gabriella of the breakfast room/restaurant.

Enjoyed our stay at NH Collection Roma Giustiniano. The hotel is located in a quiet area within a block of lovely cafes & restaurants and high-end shopping. Rooms are exactly as shown. Our suite was spacious with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the Vatican.
