Hotel was fine; room was ok too. hotel was on a very busy corner with lots of traffic but that's only to be expected in a captial city. i thought i had booked somewhere just a little away from the main areas, will do my research more thoroughly next time. Room did not really allow for relaxation after a long day walking. Could do with more chairs to relax in rather than lying on the bed reading. within walking distance of all major sightseeing areas. Easy enough to get to from airport,although we had booked transfers with Jet2 the taxi fares were about the same.

I travel quite a bit for leisure and work. Don’t often write reviews . But this morning I’d like to share what a warm welcome I felt at this hotel. Despite some construction going on, the staff went above and beyond to smooth any foreseeable inconvenience . After a couple of hallways which appeared a little dark, the room was an explosion of brightness and color, modern and elegant . A special mention to Pasqualina from Guest Relations for her kindness !

The location was perfect. The doorman Malik was very friendly and fun. But the real star was Greta. She was helpful, friendly and had great humor. She helped with booking the trains and plane. She explained procedures to us. She was absolutely amazing and made our trip very pleasant… Thank you for your help Greta, your a rockstar!!!!

Excellent service at breakfast buffet ! In spite of full house and Sunday crowds, I was surprised how good service was. Fabrizio and Jonathan made me feel at home ! Friendly and helpful service from welcom desk at lobby I was able to get nearby church mass schedule

One of the nice places to stay. Very nice location. But best thing was the service of staff. Breakfast was amazing and was made better by the service of Mme Maria Luigi. She went out of the way to make my breakfast experience superb. The rooms are very clean and bathroom was spot on.
