Perfect location in Rome
We stayed at Palazzo Ripetta and felt it was everything we were looking for and more. Centrally located, this hotel offers excellent service and a warm and inviting ambiance. The rooms were a little on the smaller size but in all fairness that is the case in most of the European city hotels. The staff were great and they always aimed to please. Breakfast was fine. The courtyard was a nice place to escape for a bite or coffee. I highly recommend this hotel.

Incredible luxury and consideration.
An incredibly thoughtful and gracious staff, and 5* beautiful room. The location is great - near the Spanish Steps and Piazza Popolo. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Incredible property and service in a fantastic location
We absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Ripetta. From the moment we checked in, the service and hospitality were top tier. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are well decorated with high end finishes. We also loved the cleanliness standard. The rooftop and courtyard are perfect spots for al fresco dining and grabbing a few cocktails. I am looking forward to staying here again.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Rome
We stayed for three nights in a one bedroom suite which was spacious and well appointed. This property is centrally located within walking distance to many sites or interest as well as world class shopping. Relais & Chateaux properties are known for a very high level of service and we found this hotel to live up to that reputation. The master sommelier was especially knowledgeable and engaging! Breakfast may be taken either in the courtyard or the restaurant. The buffet was excellent, with both hot and cold items and a lovely pastry table. Other items may be ordered to your preference, too (eggs, pancakes, etc..) We enjoyed the rooftop during our stay for drinks and one evening a light dinner as well. It was very hot in Rome during our stay and the hotel’s air conditioning was most welcome. We have not always been so fortunate at other places. Turndown service brought fresh towels and water but surprisingly no chocolate or other treat! There are many 5 star options in Rome, and this one is quiet, enough away from the crowds to be a respite, yet also close enough to the things you want to see to be convenient. We would recommend it highly.

Excellent hotel within walking distance of all the sites in Rome. Customer service was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was also well done with everything you could ask for.
