We had an amazing experience at this beautiful hotel in the Eternal city, the entire staff were outstanding and have nothing but superlatives to offer. We want to extend our gratitude to everyone who made our stay at Parco di Principi and Rome a most wonderful memory. You are simply the best in Rome !

My husband, myself, and our 18 year old son stayed for a week in July 2025. We felt the rooms were pretty small. There were only three small drawers, which of course didn't hold hardly any of the clothes we brought. Please know there are no irons in the room. We knew this ahead of time and brought our steamer but it tripped the circuit each time we used it. The bathroom is incredibly small and the shower has only a half fixed glass partition, so we got water all over the place when we showered. The water pressure was very intense and we couldn't figure out a way to adjust it. I had to hold me hands over my face because it just stung so much. The breakfast is only so-so, it is the same thing each morning and not a huge selection. The pastries/muffins, etc were pretty dry. The pool was pretty nice, the temperature was perfect. There are attendants there who come by frequently to take your food/drink order but the prices are pretty high at this hotel. It is quite a bit of a walk to the ancient Roman ruins, depending on where you are going, a mile give or take. The side walks are plenty but Rome itself is very hilly and the streets/sidewalks are cobble stone and very easy to trip so if you're walking bring sturdy shoes and pay attention every step. It butts up to Borghese park, which is a huge 150 acre park with plenty of runners, bikers, walkers and is a great place to stroll around. There are some pretty fountains, statues, etc. There is a nice little restaurant and pond there, as well as the famous Borghese museum (book weeks in advance). Overall, I was disappointed and likely wouldn't go back. The room and bathroom were just so small!

Amazing! Luxury grounds and accommodating staff. We were able to walk through the gardens to sightseeing when the weather was nice.

This is a beautiful, classic hotel with a regal feel. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you have stepped back in time and Grace Kelly is going to walk in any moment! The lobby with the frescos on the ceiling are stunning. We stayed two nights. We ate dinner both nights at the hotel as we were exhausted and the hotel is a little off the beaten path. We had walked to the Coliseum and back which is about a 2 mile walk, and honestly we didn't see many restaurants near the hotel. It does back up to a magnificent park so if you like to walk or run, it's a great place to do so. The room was beautifully appointed and the bed was very comfortable. We had an upgraded room which looked onto the pool; the grounds are gorgeous. The bathroom is a little tight but not horrible (certainly larger than any bathroom in a NYC hotel!) The reason for the 4 stars versus 5 stars is that we had asked for help from the Concierge to get some skip the line tickets. He told us to be on our way and he would email the tickets. They never came and I really felt that I needed to hound him about them. Ultimately we never got the tickets and we asked for a refund; we are still waiting to see the refund. While the concierge was just the "middle man" I think he could have been more proactive about getting the tickets to us. The hotel is pricey but if you are looking for a relaxing kind of vacation this is a great choice.

This is a classically beautiful grand hotel. The rooms were big and comfortable. The furnishings were lovely but old fashioned so if you are looking for modern, this is not it. I, however, found everything to be beautifully appointed. Great art, classic grand furnishings and sophisticated finishings. The staff was beyond helpful, going out of their way maybt times to assist me and my friends. There was a lovely buffet every morning and the restaurant staff was also very accommodating. We arrived just after Pope Francis passed away and as result, many dignitaries were staying in this hotel. That’s always a good sign! Rome is an amazing city and the Parco Dei Principi is a great place to stay when you are visiting!
