Luxury and convenience steps from the beach. Details from guest arrival to the attention given to services in room are second to none. I feel spoiled from the time I arrive to the time I leave.

We spent four nights at the Pearl for our 30th wedding anniversary. This was our first visit to Rosemary Beach. Everything was beautiful! Wendy, the hotel concierge, had arranged airport transport for us with a private driving service since we were not renting a car. The hotel was amazing and the customer service was top notch. We were greeted outside by a doorman who offered to carry our luggage up into the lobby for us. As soon as we checked in we were offered a drink and they had homemade pimento cheese and flatbread crackers waiting for us in our room. There were also complimentary beverages in our hotel Mini fridge that were restocked each day. The hotel stay includes twice daily room cleaning with turn down service and delicious cookies are left for you to enjoy each evening! We stayed in a second floor king bed room that overlooked the pool. Shortly after we arrived to our room that first day we were surprised with complimentary chocolate dipped strawberries and a handwritten note from the hotel concierge Wendy to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Everything was delicious! We then decided to head on down to the beach and take advantage of the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella setup. Each room is provided a beach tote, beach towels and aloe to use during your stay. When we arrived down at the beach an attendant came over to brush the sand off of our leg rests. Such a nice touch! We stayed out there on The Pearl’s very pristine and quiet section of the beach until it was time for them to put the chairs up. Afterward we decided to have dinner on the pool deck. I had the wings and my husband had the burger. Both were really good. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. At one point we did have issues with our in room Keurig not working but customer service came to our room and promptly swapped it out with a replacement. Unfortunately during our first night at the hotel my husband woke up with horrible abdominal pain and we knew that we needed to go to the hospital the next morning. We inquired at the front desk about the best place to go and they advised that we speak to Wendy in concierge. She recommended that we go to the hospital in Miramar Beach and advised us on the best car transport to use. My husband did end up needing surgery for a small bowel obstruction that required a two night hospital stay but I was able to at least get some rest both nights back at The Pearl. I ordered room service for breakfast one morning as I was preparing to go back to the hospital. It was promptly delivered and very enjoyable. Wendy was very gracious to offer us complimentary Laundry service since we had only packed for four days and were going to need to extend our stay in Florida due to my husband’s surgery. When my husband was finally released from the hospital on our final afternoon in Rosemary we were able to get a last minute reservation for our anniversary dinner at the on site Havana bar and grill. Everything else in Rosemary Beach was closed that night due to a tornado warning. That meal was our very favorite of the week and we had the best server named Ethan. We liked the restaurant so much that we returned for breakfast at the Havana the very next morning. It was also excellent! The beach was closed due to double red flags on the day that we checked out but The Pearl stored our luggage for us at no charge and allowed us to keep our pool pass that day so that we could enjoy their pool and any of the other four pools that are in Rosemary Beach. We spent half of the afternoon at the beautiful Barbados pool and the other half at the hotel pool which is also amazing. They offer such comfortable lounge chairs and complimentary ice water. Very clean restrooms as well. The Pearl was completely booked for the three additional nights that we needed to stay in the area for my husband’s recovery but Tom (who was one of the doormen) was able to arrange complimentary transport for us over to our Airbnb at Seacrest beach. The 21 year old young man in the hotel management training program who drove us over to Seacrest in one of The Pearl’s black SUV’s was very friendly and made sure to help us get our luggage into the condo building. Everyone we encountered while staying at The Pearl was incredibly friendly and helpful. They would greet me by name and would inquire about my husband each morning as I made my way through the lobby on the way out to the hospital. It truly stands out as one of the very best experiences I have ever had while staying in a hotel. Well done! We have recommended it multiple times since we have been back home and truly desire to get back down there for a hopefully uneventful stay at some point in the future.

Unforgettable Mother’s Day weekend getaway. Yummy food, drinks and service. The view from the room was spectacular, beach front view in the morning & night was breath taking absolutely magical.

Perfect vacation getaway! The staff is great! The atmosphere is amazing from the beach to the shops to the restaurants!
