Hard to review Sunday Brunch as my Wife managed to cancel at 8am after checking details with the Hotel. While looking online at the brunch main menu she noticed several reviews from April Brunch. These said there was no longer a main. The call confirmed this to be the case while the menu is still online. We booked months ago as a celebration for my MILs 83rd birthday. We were never notified of the new format. There is no mention online of mains being removed. My wife spoke to a lovely girl who said under the circumstances we could cancel without penalty. We have gone over the years and had a lovely time but with no main the brunch isn’t worth £70 (£85 with 4 small drinks) This is your warning ‼️ Mains removed. Be wary. I’m telling you here what the Hotel won’t.

Brunch for 5, a family of foodies looking forward to the Sunday choices of main meal from the menu and buffet sides and everything in between. Sat down to be told it’s all buffet now here’s a couple of hot stations help yourself. First off the choices of hot food available were extremely poor, a vegiie paella, some weird other fish paella or… a Donner Kebab, yep you’ve got that right, a Donnar Kebab at an apparent 5 star establishment, not to worry you can have a side of cold chicken gujon & chips for a chaser incase you missed your late night snack after the pub on a Saturday night, or a slice of stone cold pizza. Cold stations aren’t much to write home about, hardly any cheese or meats, more fish that we don’t eat, even the pudding station was bland & underwhelming. It’s what you’d expect at a 3 star Spanish all inclusive, not a £70 Sunday Brunch with no alcohol, should have taken the alcoholic version, need it to be bare-able. Overpriced takeaway food, wouldn’t return even if they paid me.

Arranged a 1 night stay, upgraded to a lovely big room, spa and pool good but this hotel is let down by extremely poor service, waiting ages for drinks, poor quality food, staff who seem genuinely disinterested. At nearly £400 for 1 night, if you are charging this sort of fee then the service has to back it up and failed big time. I was genuinely shocked by the service as expected do much more, we were given a free bottle of prosecco which was a nice touch, however I doubt I would return.

Stayed two night the end of march with three friends to play golf, this hotel is fantastic, drinks are a bit pricey along with mini bar but overall it’s great, I left one of my golf clubs on the course but didn’t realise until I got home, the hotel found it and sent it to my home address which was very good of them, will definitely return, thanks to all of the staff

After receiving an afternoon tea voucher for The Fairmont we can honestly say this was one of the best afternoon teas we have had. Our server Karen was delightful, attentive and knowledgeable. We were greeted at the front door and guided to The Atrium where were taken to our table. There was attention to detail, a lovely china tea set, a wide selection of teas and deliciously delicate food. The atmosphere was charming, with a pianist playing though-out our experience. Highly recommended
