OK
First room smelt of weed. Was upgraded to better room with garden view but still not something you would expect from any hotel really. Breakfast was slow on the first day. Had to wait to be seated then told too busy to make a latte so offered instant coffee instead. Was able to get a latte later. Would not rush back. Likely better options in St Andrew’s.

Great hotel, lovely location
Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are well furnished, warm and comfy bed, lovely bathroom and toiletries. The choice of food is good and tasty. Breakfast great choice too.

Overnight stay with breakfast
The hotel is located in attractive country surroundings and has its own private gardens with woodland walk. The ambience created within the hotel is both peaceful and friendly. We appreciated the upgraded spacious room and bathroom.

Food over priced
Staff at this hotel are exceptionally nice. Nothing is a bother. Hotel is beautiful and very relaxing. Food is not up to standard. It was something you would expect from a pub grub. Paying well over the price. Perhaps because you are sitting in such opulence? Personally for me it’s all about good food.

Our stay at Rufflets was ‘perfect’ The staff are friendly and very helpful, nothing we asked was too much trouble The decor , gardens & location were all beautiful Thankyou very a very memorable stay. We will definitely be back
