We've just returned from another amazing Eden Rock Villa Rental Vacation in St. Barth's. There are many companies you can rent with on the island (and we have tried them all) and Eden Rock is by far the very best. You may pay a slightly higher rate BUT what you get in return is priceless. Romuald, our ER Concierge, is a rock star. He made every reservation, in-villa massages, pick up and drop off, car service, beach club chair/umbrella rentals an effortless task with a smile and "a pleasure". If there is any trouble you have with your stay POOF - Rom to the rescue. To have access by WhatsApp to a responsive and lovely concierge every day during your stay is so wonderful - especially when you are in a foreign country. The beach club access at ER was also a huge plus when we felt like leaving the comfort of our private villa pool. Even eating at your beach chair at ER is completely civilized with the set up of a chair-side table and linen service. Over the top! If you are contemplating a stay in St. Barth's with Villa Rental - ensure you go through Eden Rock. You won't find better - especially if Romuald is your Concierge!

We booked a Villa for the first time in St Barts . We usually stay in hotels but decide to try a Villa as many of our friends prefer going this route. We booked through ERVR as we heard the service was amazing and they sure were on point with us. Pre arrival, the concierges at ER made our dining and spa reservations. Maxime booked our car rental and arranged drop off and pick up at the Villa which made it very convenient. Transfers to and from airport were on time. He was a very polite, professional , personable young man. Thank you for responding to our many requests . I hope we weren't too much of a bother. Breakfast delivery in the mornings were prompt. Pastries and juices were tasty, but a tad bit carb heavy. Maybe consider adding some yoghurt or fruit and having less carbs. We were happy to have access to ER beach loungers, but I was glad to go home at the end of the day to a spacious villa. We had a gorgeous villa with a heated pool which was amazing. Having extra space compared to a hotel room was soo nice. Soaps etc were L’Occitane. Towels were plentiful and changed daily. Kitchen was well appointed, even though we did not cook. We usually split our stays between two hotels in different locations on the island , but moving forward we will be doing a hotel for a few nights followed by a villa. We like the St Jean area but I think we may be ready to branch out and try other locations. Highly recommend booking through ERVR.

We just came back from an idyllic family week vacation at Villa Seala in St. Bart’s. We booked the villa through the Eden Rock, which made the stay feel extra special. The property is a beautiful and ample contemporary home overlooking the Eden Rock hotel and St. Jean Bay over a stunning infinity pool. From the outset, the Eden Rock assigned Romuald to be our personal concierge. He helped us plan the trip by booking our many lunch and dinner reservations in advance, as well as a chef and his assistant from the Eden Rock to prepare a fabulous dinner for us at the Villa. He also arranged our car rental which was delivered to the villa just as we arrived. Romuald also prearranged all our ground transportation from and to the airport and to our reservations. He was available to us almost 24/7 catering to our every need, including booking in advance the chairs at the Eden Rock beach daily. The Eden Rock service is top of the line, from the amenities at the Villa, to the daily fresh pastries and fresh juices delivered daily, to the beach-side service. Our family cannot wait to come back to this beautiful island!

We had the most spectacular mother/daughter spring break trip, thank you to Eden Rock Villa rentals and concierge, Clement! From the booking and planning, to the attention to service and detail throughout the week, our trip exceeded our expectations. Clement went out of his way to take care of us during our 1 week stay. He ensured we had the best restaurant reservations (suggesting some modifications to our original plans), retrieved our luggage from the airport when it arrived a day late, took care of a last minute change of plans with dinner, saving us a large cancellation fee. Every morning, he delivered warm, freshly baked French baguettes and croissants to our beautiful villa that was a short 3 minute drive to Eden Rock hotel and had magnificent views of St. Jean Bay. Our villa was Paille en Queue. We highly recommend booking a villa in St. Barths through Eden Rock, as the service was exceptional and the access to the beach at Eden Rock is a total treat. Only guests of the hotel and villas are able to enjoy all of those amenities offered at the hotel and on one of the most scenic beaches in the Caribbean. We loved St. Barths, the people, the energy and vibe, the food and shopping, the beaches - can't wait to go back, and definitely plan to book through Eden Rock again.

This was our favorite villa, by far. Everything in the villa was so thought through, black out shades, movie theater, open kitchen and the most comfortable beds. Gaultier was simply the best, as always. He was on top of everything with a smile as well. We had delicious food cooked right in our villa, by non other than the most fabulous team of Francois and Alma. Could not love them or their food more. The cherry on top was Nico. Best massage and facial, I could not ask for more. Can NOT wait to visit again with the same team.
