Florent, Chef Joe, and the team with Eden Rock created the most amazing 40th Birthday vacation for me and my husband and our friends. It was an unforgettable experience, made perfect by "Flo and Joe" - who were an amazing team. They worked with our itinerary, helped make changes on the fly, and even helped one of our friends get to St. Barths when they were stuck in St. Maarten due to bad weather. Truly top notch service! And the food Chef Joe prepared was incredible! Absolutely delicious!

To celebrate my birthday, we rented Villa Blackstone through Eden Rock Villa Rentals. Everything about the experience surpassed our expectations. The villa was gorgeous and the assistance provided to us by the Eden Rock concierge team (particularly Sebastien) from before we even arrived was impeccable. Though the villas are available to rent through other sites, I would always recommend booking through the hotel. They assisted us with all reservations for quite a large party, provided recommendations when we needed them, booked taxis when needed and even helped us when our rental car stopped working. Sebastien was incredibly responsive and always made sure everything was taken care of for us.

Our first visit back to Eden Rock since the Hurricane and Covid both hit this beautiful hotel and island In the French West Indies. Upon arrival at the airport, the Concierge, headed on the day by Dexter greeted us In arrivals and the vacation began immediately, water, cold towels for a quick refresh were on hand for the short 5 mins transit to the hotel. We were met at the entrance by Fabrice Moizan the hotels General Manager, with the same smile and greeting we received every time we return. Check-In was seemless in the lounge area, welcome drinks were swiftly offered, after which, we were guided us to our suite where our luggage was already there. The suite was immaculate, and turned down every evening. Pre arrival, probably a week beforehand, we were contacted via the hotels ER care team “What’s App group” to check if we needed anything arranged ahead of arrival, they take care of everything here, they even remembered from our last visit that we liked freshly baked Granola Biscuits and afternoon tea at 16.30hrs served on the beach, which arrived to our chairs on the beach on every day of our stay. Breakfast was taken care of by Vanessa, Harmonie and Eva. The Beach team was Angie and Marie, and many more whose names I cannot remember. No rush for beach chairs here, they reserve you beds in the same place for the duration of you're stay….. It was my Wife’s birthdays whilst we were there, the care team organised a cake and balloons at breakfast In The Sand Bar Restaurant with the whole breakfast team Including the pastry chef whom baked her cake In Eden Rock Colours was present, holding sparklers and singing ‘Happy Birthday’!. They made it very special for her and for our whole family. If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience, couple together with an attentive, discreet and polished service, this is the place. Fabrice along with his colleague Pauline, whom heads up “Guest Experience” can both be easily found around the hotel on most days. The team at Eden Rock are always front facing, highly trained and deliver the highest level of service, nothing ever seems to be a problem. Our only fault we found, was one of our own doing, we never stayed long enough, we wont make that mistake again……….

Always a great experience renting our villa with Eden Rock. Clement is such a special person and takes care of us like we were family. Villa Lollipop is lovely but the road up to the house and the inconvenience of neighbor's cars makes the access somewhat difficult at times.

Service was top notch, from the moment we booked the hotel room we were contacted and began our planning. The concierge was fantastic in helping us secure dining reservations, hiking tours, boating tours & shopping recommendations. Our arrival & departure was flawless. The rooms at Eden Rock were beautiful. The property was perfectly managed. Eden Rock is a perfectly curated paradise. We spent 2 nights. I wish I could have stayed a month. I can't wait to stay again.
