We had an absolutely incredible experience at Hotel Christopher in St. Barths, and a huge part of that was thanks to their exceptional concierge team. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was truly outstanding. A very special thank you to Elana, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She thoughtfully planned our entire itinerary from restaurant reservations to beach clubs and activities and every recommendation was perfect. Her attention to detail, warmth, and dedication made us feel so well taken care of the entire trip. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience for guests the way Elana does. Because of her, our trip was seamless, luxurious, and filled with amazing moments.
