Amazing family trip
We had an absolutely perfect stay at Gypsy Beach Houses. Loïc, our concierge, was exceptional and truly made the entire vacation effortless. He handled everything for us—from securing all of our dinner and beach club reservations to seamlessly rebooking our transportation with the vip service to St. Barths when our flight was delayed. His attention to detail, calm problem-solving, and constant availability allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment of our trip. Loïc went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and thanks to him, our vacation was stress-free and unforgettable. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Wonderful experience
We stayed at gypsea during NYE, the service and staff were exceptional. Especially given its peak season and the whole island is chaotic with parties. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a world class experience with a friendly staff.

Wild banana, second home !
After 3 years renting the Wild Banana Beach Houses. I finally decided to leave a review because this is definitely the best place to stay on the island. Amazing location, wonderful beach and the highest point of all our stays, Loïc, the exceptionnal Butler of the villas. The best possible service you can expect. There is no problem at Gypsea because Loïc has solutions ! Gypsea and us are family now !!

Birthday Holiday on Saint Barthélemy.
The Gyp Sea St. Barths is an amazing property with a high touch team. Views and accommodations are excellent. My only suggestion for improvement is to upgrade food preparation to the level of the property.

An incredible stay.
My mom and I stayed at the Gyp Sea Hotel in St. Barth after spending a day at the beach club the year before—an experience so warm and memorable that I knew it would be the perfect place to return for her birthday. This time, our expectations were not only met but deeply exceeded. The staff here is extraordinary in every sense. From the heartfelt welcome to the handwritten birthday card, balloons, and little treats, every gesture felt personal and sincere. They saved our beach bed each morning, remembered our favorite drinks, greeted us with genuine smiles, and offered care that never once felt routine. They made my mom feel seen, heard, cherished, and truly celebrated—especially at a moment in her life when she needed that kindness more than ever. A very special thank you to the people who filled our week with joy and comfort: Jade, Cédric, Romain, Jean, Noémie, Manon, and Baptiste. Because of you, we shared a week we will carry in our hearts for a long time. May all the love and generosity you give to others return to each of you tenfold. We will be back 🫶🏽✨️ Thank you ❤️

We recently enjoyed 6 nights and 7 days in St. Bart's as guests of the Francois Plantation. While St. Bart's is a fantastic French West Indies island, the best part of the trip was the Francois Plantation itself--beautiful rooms with private terraces and luxury bathrooms. Perfect, discrete staff and quiet surroundings with easy access to the beaches and small towns. The restaurant is beautiful, open to an orchid tree with hummingbirds for morning breakfasts and offering a new sophisticated menu for dinner. What a treat. Everything promised was truly delivered.
