With a distinct charm only found in the West Indies, Grenada is known for its tranquil bays, gentle island breezes, warmhearted and welcoming vibe. Secluded by verdant green hills on the south coast, the much anticipated Six Senses La Sagesse sits between a crescent shaped bay and L'Anse Pere ocean front, set around a shimmering lagoon. The newly built and sustainably driven resort mimics a picturesque Caribbean village, influenced by the region’s traditional architecture. There are 56 pool suites, combining eco-credentials and comfort all with outdoor terraces leading to a private plunge pool. 15 villas enjoy a prime hillside or oceanfront setting, ranging between one, two, and four bedrooms. The five four-bedroom villas located on a Bluff offer a 270-degree view of one of the most coveted locations in the Caribbean. This jewel is bursting with things to do and places to explore for the whole family.

I’ve been following this hotel brand for some time and was so excited to hear they opened their first Western resort on the island of Grenada ( where I own a home) my wife and I book a night to be able to check it out . My honest opening is it’s a 10/10! The front desk ( Anna Marie) was amazing! She took me on a tour of the resort showing me the 4 bedrooms , 2 bedrooms and 1 bedroom villas . Gave me a thorough explanation of all amenities available and to come. Very kind and knowledgeable lady 👏🏽 The resort is pretty new < 2 years old . We were 2 of maybe 16-20 guests currently staying there . And for most of the stay we saw no one there else .. which was amazing . We relaxed by the pool ( DEXTER was top notch . Brought us out complimentary fresh smoothies, juices, sorbet, homemade popsicles. The pool staff would run out to make up the loungers for us. Great service ! 7 star worthy! Our suite was also very nice ! Large private pool, good amount of square footage. Again lots of complimentary amenities.. ( local fruits , deserts , cookies , snacks , beers and lots of water ! We also spoke with the manager( Ece) who was also very kind. The hotel does not have a beach, ( they are located at the end of the la sagesse beach) but you can walk down to it from their pool and it’s BEAUTIFUL Calm clear waters , no one around , safe and easy! The only downside I’d say (which honestly is still way above average for the Caribbean ) is the restaurant we ate at ( sea fire) Again the service was great, but the food did not impress . We also ordered a rib steak medium rare and received it well done. ( the chef came out to apologize and offered to make us a new one but we were tired and said no thank you). It was not charged on our bill and they offered us some speciality homemade sorbet . All in all we will 100% go back and I suggest anyone reading this should go visit !

I didn't stay there but I did have brunch and get a massage and I can say with certainty that they both were top tier. Both provided top notch service and warm staff staff. We spent the day there and it was a great experience in an already excellent Grenada trip.

Experienced the spa treatments and sea fire restaurant for a day. Amazingly polite and friendly staff, shame they lack experience, its all a bit carribean, job by job, no forward planning. During the massage there was a fire drill for 1hour, so that was not a relaxing start. Would be wise to forewarn customers of fire drills during their treatment and this was a planned thing obviously, just nobody thought to advise clients beforehand. They offered use of the steam room, but since it was a 10am appointment the steam room was not "warmed up in time" (limitations on sustainability), so impossible to use before any 10am treatment, so why did they offer, ignorance and lack of planning. Since it was empty this was not a big deal to use afterwards. The restaurant was similarly disorganised, nobody is quite sure of what is proper protocol, so it is not a confident service, but it was fast, and the food was mostly good. Dont waste money on bitter crudités for the kids. To say it is overpriced is an understatement, but it is necessary for the huge number of staff on site, but it feels like the blind leading the blind. For every question or action there is a reaction, that is they need to make a call to confirm the question, or they say something is ok then come back 2minutes later and say actually we need to do this another way. Classic carribean confusion, frustrating, but largely limited by the staff on offer. The solution is import heads of department, but they just imported a white manager only, who I can only assume is pulling out his hair through the smiles!

I’m a student at SGU and I came here twice with family. We loved the experience the first time and the second time around, the service was somehow even better. The hotel rooms are cleaned very well, and the room we booked (pool suite) was very spacious with a nicely sized pool. I’d like to specifically mention Bertrand’s excellent service as he helped us find and book an excursion with frequent and quick updates, and made our stay very comfortable from the moment we checked in. The Six Senses hotel is my go-to in Grenada, and I will more than likely visit again and recommend it to others.

Wonderful view and quiet environment. Staff are friendly. I like spa and yoga sessions very much. Will be back next year.
