Wonderful valet
Isabella made our stay so memorable. She delivered 10/10 service, always greeted us with a smile and took great care of our car. This was the best valet experience and worth the money. Thank you Isabella!!! Also, she drew me a birthday card when she heard we were celebrating. Just the best

Horrible staff
Decided to go on a whim and stay at this hotel. It’s in a horrible unsafe location. The staff in the hotel and the bar/restaurant are rude and do not have customer service. The museum is a joke. How does this place stay opened? Overpriced and horrible service. Bad location bad employees which means horrible management. Needs a revamp already. I’d bet it won’t stay open long.

This hotel was awesome!! Very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly as well. Upon arriving, Isabella, the valet, was super polite and welcoming. She made the valet process so easy. Would stay here again!

Fantastic experience
The dog friendliest place on our trip! Reusable water bottles and filling stations were a fantastic touch. Can't wait to go back!!
