Absolutely fantastic! From the guest services that greeted us upon arriving with the car, to the friendly receptionists, to the exceptional concierge team, to the beautiful spotless room, to the great breakfast with amazing staff and last but not least, the room service team! Heritage Hotel with a Class.
Our stay at Hotel Sacher Salzburg was truly memorable, and we sincerely thank the management and entire team for making it so special. We were celebrating 39 years of togetherness, and the thoughtful room upgrade, beautiful decorations, and the lovely arrangement of chocolates, cakes, and fresh fruits made us feel genuinely cared for. A special mention to the front desk team — Alex, Jasmine, Ragdalena, and Klara — who were polite, friendly, cultured, and attentive to every small detail. Ivan, Rorijan, Tomnic, and the rest of the team were equally respectful and gentle throughout our stay. The restaurant and bar staff are exceptionally well-coordinated, warm, and professional, making every dining experience enjoyable. The heritage building is stunning, with mesmerizing décor, and the rooms are thoughtfully designed to reflect its classic charm without feeling overly modern. Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay — one we will always cherish.

Christmas Market weekend
We had a weekend here and what a lovely hotel from the minute you arrive,warm welcome and informative. We had a room overlooking the river and the hotel is perfect for wandering into the old town for the Christmas markets. Breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. We had drinks in the bar in the evening. I used the spa which had sauna and steam room and a gym Lovely stay thank you

Beautiful hotel, in the middle of the of shopping, river and restaurants. Customer service was top notch. There is a beautiful bar next door, it is very helpful to make a reservation for a quant table in advance. We would definitely be back. Thank you
