Everything was awesome! Room is so comfortable I was suppose to go out that night with some friends but didn't make it cause I was too comfortable in my room!

Some areas of improvement, but the staff are friendly and attentive. Room service food wasn’t great but service was fast and on point.

Ordered chips and guacamole. The chips were stale and the queso was terrible. Pretty sure it was a powdered mix. We’re from Texas so we know good queso, and this ain’t it. Also the $17 price shown on the menu turned into $32 after a five dollar tip because of all the fees they tack on for room service. We should’ve gone to the CVS a block away. Would’ve been cheaper and better.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable. I really appreciated the little touches, like the welcome note and complimentary snacks. However, I was quite upset when the housekeeping staff entered my room despite the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign being displayed, especially since I had just come out of the bathroom. That was quite uncomfortable. Despite this issue, the overall experience was good, but I hope the hotel addresses these concerns for future guests.

We had such a great experience here!!!!! The staff did such an amazing job and were so helpful!!!!!!! Make sure you have Fast Eddie help you out!!!!! Fast Eddie was awesome and got us every thing we needed!! Gave us many suggestions for places to get and drink! Thanks again for wonderful stay!
