Above and Beyond
Definitely the place to stay. The restaurants, bar, library, and the spa. A special shout to Sebastian. My guest was 94 years old and was concerned about the walk to the spa. Sebastian took us through a short cut and walked her to the door. Just his extra effort and care shows the true content of his character. I can't praise Sebastian enough.

Only place we stay when in SA
Our favorite hotel and the only place we stay when visiting San Antonio. The employees attention to detail far exceeded our expectations and they made celebrating my birthday beyond special. I am a I Prefer Hotel member and the perks really do make staying at the Hotel Emma a wonderful and rewarding experience.

Amazing Getaway
If you're looking for a hotel that treats you like family, this is the place to stay. The hotel is beautiful, the restaurants are delicious, the staff is utterly amazing, and the gift shop has the neatest items.

Great date night spot
Very cool spot close to Downtown SA. The lobby bar is very eclectic and service was great. The restaurant on site is Michelin rated and with good reason.

Amazing stay at hotel Emma!
The hotel is amazing, with so much to see and appreciate! My room was beautiful! I was part of a large group of women, and was able to see many of the rooms. Each one was unique unto itself. So impressive! The Concierge is top notch! The Restaurant Southerleigh was amazing. From others, I was told all the restaurants there were so, so good. All the places around the hotel made it such that we never even felt the need to take my car from the parking garage during the three day stay. I highly recommend!
