Third trip to The Emma!
This was our third time at The Emma, and it is always a special experience! The bar is a must to visit. Love the live music too. The staff is always accommodating, and I have to give a shout out to Louis on this trip. He went above and beyond! The entire Pearl development area has everything you need! We will be back!

Simply the BEST!
Simply the best!! From the valet who greets you to the bellman to the coffee server to the waiter at Supper: Every single person was polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel is iconic because of its incorporation of the old brewery. You just can’t duplicate that experience. What you can do is create a culture of warmth and Texas sized hospitality that only increases the charm and keeps folks coming back! Can’t wait for next time!!

Nothing else compares!
I booked our stay at Hotel Emma as a surprise for my husbands birthday. This is definitely a five star hotel! You are pampered from the moment you book your stay to the moment you check out. The hotel is impeccably decorated, clean, and ALL THE HOTEL STAFF treat you like you are royalty. The only drawback of staying here... You will never be satisfied with the service at any other hotel again because of all the hotels I have ever stayed at in San Antonio don't even compare. I wish there were more Hotel Emmas in the State of Texas!

Impeccable Hotel in an old Brewery
Hotel Emma offers the most impeccable hotel experience from valet to turndown service everyday. There's not enough room in this review space to tell of the warm, sincere staff I met at every juncture of my stay. The Brewhouse rooms are set in the original Pearl Brewery building, and it makes for some exquisite interior/industrial spaces. The beautification of the historic Pearl area along this newest development of the San Antonio Riverwalk is not to be missed.

This hotel has perfected the art of hospitality. The accommodations are exceptional and to pair it with the history and shopping and food choices makes this a definite winner!
