Wonderful Experience!
Not to sound pretentious, but I have been blessed with the opportunity to stay at some of the best properties in the world. Further, my wife has been in the hospitality space for years. Hotel Emma is top notch at a great price. The room was perfect, the staff was incredible (friendly, helpful, happy to work there!), etc. I really cannot say too many good things about this property and its staff. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Emma. Every aspect of the stay exceeded our expectations.

This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff knows your name and they make every effort to ensure a personal experience. I just completed a survey with lots of words for Hotel Emma - and I was very complementary. I'm typed out or I'd say more. ;)

An amazing stay at the Emma!
From arrival to departure this place was amazing. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The room was roomy, clean and well appointed. The air conditioning worked great. The common areas are the work of a genius for sure. An amazing mix of old brewery equipment and modern accommodations. The real key is the staff. They were beyond caring and helpful.

Above and Beyond
Definitely the place to stay. The restaurants, bar, library, and the spa. A special shout to Sebastian. My guest was 94 years old and was concerned about the walk to the spa. Sebastian took us through a short cut and walked her to the door. Just his extra effort and care shows the true content of his character. I can't praise Sebastian enough.
