The best hotel in San Antonio!
What an AMAZING experience at the Hotel Emma! Did you know they’re a Michelin 2 key hotel? 🔑🔑 From the room, to the food but more importantly, the service and the PEOPLE who work here! Everyone was just so kind and welcoming. I know we’ve all heard of southern kindness, but this place is next level! Mercedes at Supper offered 1st class service. Offered suggestions and made our whole dining experience magical! You’ve got to try the steak frites and Mercedes cinnamon latte she makes! TO DIE FOR! Until next time!

Great Getaway
Wonderful 2-night stay to celebrate an anniversary and friend's birthday. Location is perfect for shopping & dining in the Pearl District; visit to Pullman's Market was a favorite. Staff and locals were incredibly friendly-plenty to see and experience throughout the day + evening!

Outstanding staff
The Hotel Emma was fantastic, mainly because of the attentiveness of the staff. From our check-in with Mia, who excelled at making us feel welcome, to the “culinary concierge”, who highlighted vegetarian-friendly restaurant options in the Pearl District, to the driver who transported us to the airport after check-out, the staff’s commitment to their guests’ comfort and satisfaction was incredible. Wonderful experience!

Amazing experience and a perfect way to spoil yourself! The staff is excellent and goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful and unique. The drinks at the bar are a must try!
