One of the world's best!
This is an exceptional hotel. Everything is of the highest quality, from the staff to the accommodations. It was a real treat staying there for two dqys, next time in San Antonio, we will stay there for a few more days. We have yet to use all the amenities, so we'll be back

Amazing Hotel!
The area is super centric and safe. No need for a car, there are a lot of different options for food. I love their service from the moment you walk in until you check out. The staff are very attentive and helpful, and they tried to make it an experience staying there. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and super clean. The noise level is relatively low. There is a great lobby, bar, and coffee and water are available all day. Breakfast is great and a good price to be inside the hotel. The swimming pool is heated and clean.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The location at The Pearl and easy access to the riverwalk is excellent. Great restaurants and shopping and day spa a convenient walk from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Amazing! 🤩 it is better than I imagined! The staff is over the top service oriented. The facility is incredible and the atmosphere and location are without comparison.
