Phenomenal waitress (Mercedes)
My experience with our waitressing was out of this world.! All staff was fun and friendly. I will be back again.! Mercedes was the best.!! She took care of us with that care, and friendship that I forgot I was in hotel. And her homemade coffee.!!! To die for.!!! We will be back again. This I promise.!!!

Supper American Eatery
Paul and Mercedes Tully at Supper American Eatery gave us one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Hotel Emma’s staff and grounds are #1
My wife and I have never received this level of customer service from any”luxury” hotel or resort. I can go on and on about the Pearl area and Hotel Emma and how amazing it all is. But I want this review to focus on the Hotel Emma staff. They are out of this world! They made feel welcomed and pampered at every turn. In less than a day the hotel staff greeted us by name. Any questions or desires we had, were met instantly. I would like to give a special shout out to Walter at valet, who is a wonderful human being and fountain of information. I cannot wait for our return trip to Hotel Emma. It was delightful.
