Unparalleled hospitality, and service!
We visited and dined at the hotel Emma. The music was excellent. The food was delicious, the ambience was great. We had an excellent night. Chelsea was at the front desk and deserves a raise! She should truly get a promotion! She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She gave us a tour of the elephant room and really made us feel special! Highly recommend. Would definitely go back. This is a five diamond hotel for a reason and they have staff that keep it that way. Congratulations and thanks again for the great time Chelsea.

Delicious breakfast! Great atmosphere
My husband and I were hotel Emma for a Christmas party the night before and ate at Supper the next morning. It really hit the spot after a long night of dancing. Our waiter Paul gave us really great recommendations! The egg and cheese biscuit was delicious and the bacon really made even better. My husband had the French toast and I wish I had more words to describe just how delicious it was ! Definitely different but in the best way possible. Paul was very friendly and really made us laugh. He was awesome! Will definitely go back!

We’ve been dining at Supper in the Pearl area for several years now, and every single time we go, we have the joy of being taken care of by Paul and Mercedes. They are truly the heart and soul of our dining experience. Not only are they incredibly courteous and professional, but they have this wonderful way of making everyone feel special and at home. They’re attentive to every detail, always warm and welcoming, and they just bring a kind of delightful charm to the table. In short, Paul and Mercedes make each meal feel like a special occasion for our family, and we can’t imagine a visit without them. The food is also absolutely on point every single visit!

Excellent place to stay in San Antonio
This place is such a gem to stay at in San Antonio. Located in the Pearl district, surrounded by beauty, art, food and entertainment vibes. Hotel Emma is a beautiful hotel with so much history and charm. Classy but not arrogant. Its a wonderful place to be. I cant wait to return.
