Paul made my experience at Supper truly exceptional. He brought incredible enthusiasm to the evening and clearly has a deep appreciation for the story and history of Hotel Emma, which made the dining experience feel even more special. His food recommendations were spot-on, and every dish exceeded expectations. Service was first-class from start to finish — attentive, personable, and perfectly timed without ever feeling rushed. Paul elevated an already great restaurant into a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Had a great brunch and over the top service from Mercedes!!! From the special coffees she prepared to, the guidance on selecting dishes to taking great pictures for our special occasion.it was like a good friend taking care of us . Thank you Mercedes! Recommend the French Toast and Eggs Benedict!
