The Emma is top notch - it is my favorite hotel for customer service, ambiance, perks, location, food, and comfort. Every single staff member is there to assist, but they are genuinely friendly and helpful.

World class hotel
The Emma is an experience unparalleled in hotels in America. Transforming a brewery into a world class hotel was genius. Add that to being on the San Antonio River and the beginning of a hike and bike trail that stretches 15 miles is magic! You can take a river boat to the heart of the River Walk or rent a bike and ride to Mission Espada. Each room is decorated to reflect the ambiance of old world charm.
