Excellent riverwalk hotel!
Hotel is perfectly located on San Antonio’s Riverwalk. Front desk and valet staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious with excellent views. The value for this boutique hotel was excellent compared to others in the area.

The moment you arrive you are greeted by a fantastic valet team! Then you enter this absolutely gorgeous structure from top to bottom. Front desk staff were always so kind and professional. Then the room....WOW! Big, beautiful and so comfortable! Dorregos is top notch and you have to try the prawns!!!! Service was exceptional the entire stay. 100% recommend this place to all!!!

Outstanding Hospitality
My 13-year-old daughter and I took our first “girls trip” to San Antonio, and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice to stay at Hotel Valencia. The hotel has an Old World feel, and our room featured two double beds along with all the necessary amenities. We booked well in advance, and the price was an excellent value for our stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, every employee greeted us warmly. They were friendly, professional, and helpful with any questions we had. The hotel’s location right on the River Walk made it incredibly convenient for dining and exploring the city. We were able to walk to the Alamo and even make the trek to the Tower of the Americas. Hotel Valencia is a great place to stay when you’re in downtown San Antonio.

Lovely hotel on the Riverwalk. Would like to give a shout to Tara, who checked us in and out of the hotel. Her genuine interest in making sure our stay was perfect was above and beyond.

Tara at the front desk made us feel welcome as we checked in. She took care of all our needs with a smile and helped us navigate our walk to our destination on the Riverwalk as well as answering all our questions. She is a wonderful employee and a credit to your hotel.
