Would highly recommend Hotel Valencia. It’s right on the river walk. Close to restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly. Valet was quick and friendly. Staying at the Hotel Valencia was a top notch experience and they made our family of six feel like royalty.

Valencia Riverwalk is our home away from home. We get our best sleep in their king bed which has comfortable pillows and mattress. The staff is amazing. Moe and his valet staff always greet us with smiles and welcome back. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The bar staff is the best. Hands down, this is the very best hotel in downtown San Antonio and very convenient to museums, the Alamo, theaters, and it sits on the Riverwalk. Lots of good restaurants close by.

We had a fabulous stay. Hotel is gorgeous, clean, front desk staff, housekeeping, bell boys, and all but 1 Valet parking attendants were great. The bartenders are so attentive as well as the restaurant breakfast attendants. Pet friendly is such a plus.

I stayed at the Valencia Riverwalk previously, it is an outstanding hotel with a lot of charm, what is really nice is the staff, everyone, i mean everyone is so professional and courteous, they make your stay at the hotel as a family member who is loved from the doorman, receptionist and the house keeper.

We spent a great night celebrating my mom’s 76 b-day at the tequila bar. The bartender McKenzie was friendly and fun and the drinks were spot-on especially the Whiskey Sours. Combined with the view a trifecta of location laughs and libations the night couldn’t be beat. Definitely recommend and will be going back.
