Amazing and magical
This experience was 5 star from start to finish. The amount of care the staff puts into your experience is unlike anything I’ve experienced. You have a private butler, a personalized greeting upon arrival with a small ceremony, and tequila and snacks in your room complementary. Every restaurant was 5 star, expensive but worth it. The pool was never crowded, and they offer complimentary foot massage poolside. They notice when the sun is moving and come offer to move your umbrella to keep your face in the shade. It’s basically as if whenever a thought occurs to you about something you wish you had it suddenly appears. I left my necklace in the dressing room after it broke and they returned it to me repaired. There are lanterns and candles everywhere that makes it very romantic and enchanting. There’s a chapel also that you can visit that is incredible. They anticipate your every desire and move. It truly is the one and only.

An already great experience, perfected.
We have stayed at the O&OP a half-dozen times now, this is my 3rd review, and it just keeps getting better. While in the past I was disappointed with the butler service, they have perfected this element of the guest experience. Our stay was flawless- from the large, beautifully appointed Junior Suite to the delicious new Omakase dining option. But as usual, what stood out most was the authentically warm and attentive service from all the staff on the property. We can't wait to visit again soon and suggest anyone considering a stay to book it. It is a special place and you will not be sorry!

Next level
If you want a real luxury vacation this has to be the choice. The entire resort is spotless, the service absolutely incredible. The place was impeccable at all levels. This is not a budget vacation, but if you want top of the line experience this is it.
