Actual stay was July 2022 One of the better hotel resorts that I have been to in the world. Top rate staff, food, and decor. Every single detail is carefully attended to. Loved the turn down service. There was this iguana that would come to me at breakfast and let me feed him fruit. I loved that. The spa is great, pools are terrific, and staff are friendly.

This is the nicest place I have ever stayed and probably ever will. The property is pristine but not unwelcoming. The staff truly made us feel like we were in the movie that the property looked like we were in. I do have to make three special mentions not in order of importance: 1. Simo-I did not need a haircut or shave BUT because it had already been scheduu,ed I went. I am so glad that I did. Simo is an amazing young man. He doen;t compe across as a young man though. He is not only skilled at taking an already beautiful canvas and getting it as close to perfection as God would allow BUT...he is an old sould with the vigor and ideas of a young man. IF you get the chance...cet a barber & blade. I got a lot more than a haircut and shave. I truly got a life changing experience 2 Elias-I did not want a three hour massage from a male therapist because I am close minded and silly. BUT I also realized that all the 70's gnaster movies I would watch had male massage guys so...if it's good enough for a kingpin..good enough for me. Wel;l it was more than good enough. This was the BEST massage I have ever gotten. AND it wasn;t opne where after I just felt like mooooosssshhhh...I felt refreshed AND relaxed...WOW! So so so so so worth the time and the conversation with Elias was just an added benefit that was so much more than just an added beenfits. I also managed to get some micro naps in during the session...but Elias never madre it weird. Nothing was weird...just excellent 3. Guillermo-He was the guy that orinigally took our bags to our room. And from there...he was our guy. We had the butler(s) for the room and anything we wanted we could get from our excellent staff via text or call BUT it seemed like we always saw Guillermo whenw e were walking and he would take us on a cart any where wewanted and even mentioned that I shuld get the fish tacos from the beach grill. He was right. I am doing him a diservice but there is no ay for me to describe all the little ways he made me and my fiance feel. Truly remarkable. In the end...this place actually looks klike the pictures. The food is amazing and the staff is so wonderful you just never feel uncomofrtable. I hope we can go back again...this really is the best place I have ever stayed and probably ever will. So much more I could type but...I have to work!

Beautiful resort. The best kept grounds we have ever seen. It’s seems there were more staff than guests. Pool service was exceptional. Everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful. Expensive but worth it. Cannot say enough about the service minded culture. They are setting the bar. Shout out to Elias and Anselmo.

Simply the best! 4th straight year here with the family (6th time total) and will not hesitate to return. In fact, we are already planning a 2025 return. Hospitality is second to none. Of particular excellence this trip were out butlers (Yune & Diana) and Manuel and the entire wait staff at the Agua pool! 🤩

I can't say enough positive about this resort and their service. Overall, the entire facility is extremely clean and organized. The service is truly unbeatable. Have stayed now three times with our family and make life-long memories every singular time. Pro Tip - stay over Easter - the mass they have at the little church is magical, and the Egg Hunt for the kids is off the charts. Overall, this is by-far the best resort to stay with family that I've ever experienced.
