Mariana always takes amazing care of us while on property. She looked after all our needs with a smile and enthusiasm and has become a trusted friend over the years. All of the staff goes out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Here are a few of standouts, but everyone is awesome. GG, Luis, Caesar, Raul, Nacho at the beach. Rosa, Jesus, and everyone at breakfast, but Mariana is the glue for our stays. The views are without measure, beautiful rooms with five star food and dining. We always depart Viceroy with many new friends and look forward to returning soon.

Stop Looking, Book Viceroy!
Viceroy didn't let us down the first time and it certainly didn't let us down the second time we visited. The first time we went to the Viceroy was just my wife and I. It was such an incredible experience that we decided to take back our 1.5yr old son for him to enjoy the bliss that we enjoyed. While it might have not been a relaxing vacation due to watching a 1.5yr old, the staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. It was my wife's birthday and our butler, Victoria and Edin welcomed us with birthday balloons and a welcome platter for us to start off the vacation on the best foot. Victoria was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that we felt at home at the Viceroy. The resort was extremely clean and housekeeping service was fantastic. I believe our housekeepers name was Laura who ensure that our room remained clean which is tough to do with a 1.5 yr old. Location. Perfect location and easy to walk to your choice of supermarkets along with fantastic restaurants. To name a few additional individuals that stood out: Rosa the waitress at breakfast who couldn't have been nicer! She is an absolute sweetheart and make sure you ask for her when you go to eat breakfast at the hotel (which is amazing and plenty of fresh options). Glerbin, Raul, Cesar, Arturo, Reynaldo and I'm sure I'm forgetting some of the other waiters by the pool are incredible. They make sure you are comfortable and have a full cup and a full stomach! The entire poolside team is fantastic. I went for an hour massage which I highly recommend and the therapist I had was Scarlett, who arguably gave one of the best massages that I've ever gotten. She was extremely professional and was very kind. Lastly, I can't forget Brenda who offered her babysitting services for our son at the Kids club while we relaxed by the pool. Brenda gave the utmost care to our son and even made a custom bag with his footprints on it to take home. She texted us updates throughout his time at the kids club and was the BEST! If you bring kids, ask for Brenda. We will definitely be returning to the Viceroy and we want to thank them for their incredible hospitality!
