We had an amazing stay at Viceroy Hotel, Los Cabos. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained — the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. The food was also outstanding — every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A very special thank you to our ambassadors, Alexis Silva. He went above and beyond for us every single day, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in consistently throughout our stay. Overall, an incredible experience — we can’t wait to return!

The Viceroy Los Cabos is absolutely amazing. This was our third time visiting the property and refuse to go anywhere else moving forward. The staff is amazing and the overall experience is one of a kind, they welcome you with open arms from day one. Our 2 hosts, Angel Y Edin are wonderful, I would suggest you request them by name.

Our stay was absolutely unforgettable from start to finish. The room itself was incredibly spacious, offering not only comfort but also a truly breathtaking ocean view. The large sliding glass doors opened directly toward the water, allowing us to fall asleep each night to the soothing sound of waves crashing—an experience that felt both peaceful and luxurious. The housekeeping team was exceptional by Rosalba. Every detail was handled with such care and precision, and the room was always immaculate. Their consistency and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and truly elevated our stay. A very special thank you to our butlers, Mariana and Victoria, who were nothing short of amazing. They played a huge role in making our visit so memorable, especially by helping us organize a beautiful birthday celebration for my mother. They went above and beyond every single day, checking in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction made all the difference. We also had a fantastic time at the gym thanks to Ruby, whose bootcamp and Tabata classes were both fun and challenging. Her energy was infectious and made working out something we genuinely looked forward to. At the beach, Ignacio, Reynaldo, and Luis provided outstanding service. They were always attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to fully relax and enjoy our time by the water. What truly stood out about this hotel was the people. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The property itself is stunning—beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. We left with such wonderful memories and can confidently say we’ll be returning. This was a truly top-notch experience.

We had a great stay at the Viceroy. The spa was excellent, the facilities are top-notch, and the whole property just feels designed for unwinding. A special shoutout to Ismael, our waiter at the pool, who genuinely made the weekend. Phenomenal service, always a step ahead, and surprisingly solid football knowledge that kept the conversation flowing between drinks.
