The Viceroy Los Cabos is simply stunning. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the hotel's bold minimalist architecture clean lines, open spaces, and every single room oriented toward the ocean. If you have an eye for thoughtful, modern design, this place will take your breath away. It feels like staying inside a living work of art. The service throughout our entire stay was nothing short of outstanding. What truly impressed us was the consistency, every single team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our experience special. We have to give special recognition to our private butlers, Jacob and Victor, who went above and beyond at every turn, anticipating our needs and adding thoughtful personal touches that made this trip truly unforgettable. They are a rare find in hospitality. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained the pools are gorgeous, the gym is well-equipped, and every shared space feels carefully considered and inviting. There's a wonderful sense of flow and calm throughout the entire property. Dining at the Viceroy was wonderful at the hotel's restaurants Nido, Nidito, Awacate, and Casero and each one delivered exceptional food and beverages, and impeccable service. A very special shoutout to Rosa, our waitress at Casero, whose warmth, hospitality, and flawless service made our daily breakfast truly special. She is a true gem. We cannot recommend the Viceroy Los Cabos highly enough. Whether you're drawn by the architecture, the oceanfront serenity, the dining, or the extraordinary people who make it all run, this hotel delivers on every front. We hope to be back soon!

We hosted an event at the Viceroy and I cannot say enough great things about the service we experienced. The resort is lovely but it was all the touchpoints for our group that were exceptional: check in, service throughout the property, housekeeping, event support, spa, and culinary execution. While everyone who touched our program did so with care, there are a few individuals who really stood out! -Julio took outstanding care of all aspects of our program and did a fantastic job bringing our vision to life while ensuring every need was met seamlessly. -Luis is an incredibly hardworking individual who consistently went above and beyond - his dedication did not go unnoticed. -Walter oversaw our events and was eager to make adjustments as needed. -Hector created some of the most gastro pleasing food we could have hoped for; the culinary experience was truly memorable. -Maribel handled our check in process with ease and grace - even when we realized we were missing a reservation. Her calm, capable approach made all the difference. -Erick at the spa was responsive and accommodating, and we received glowing reviews from our guests about their experiences. -Our wonderful butlers, Vicky and Mariana, were exceptional - anticipating needs, catering to every request, and doing so with warmth and professionalism throughout our stay. If you're planning an event or just a personal stay, I would highly recommend!

Ismael and Renaldo are the best beach/ pool servers! Misael is also top tier at Cilomar. They are so attentive, great personalities and really made our time better!

We came for a week as part of a family celebration for my son's wedding (and a nearby resort). We stayed in a three-bedroom villa. The location and atmosphere were stunning. The villa was the perfect sanctuary for my wife and I, my daughter and her husband, and most delightfully my five-month old granddaughter; it was a perfect respite from the harried rush of a wedding. We highly recommend taking advantage of the rooftop restaurant--especially at sunset as well as the gym and spa--which are both world class amenities. And, as spectacular as is the setting and architecture, nothing compares to the friendliness and thoughtfulness of the staff. More than anything, they made our stay delightful.

We had a blast here in one of the 3br villas. Victor and Jacob made our experience so lovely and went above and beyond for our family. We hope to return again sometime soon!
