Maria at reception in both location. She was courteous, kind, and very attentive. She was the epitome of hospitality and a Puerto Rican kindness. She is definitely a wonderful person to have at the front desk or any area. Impressive impressive lady.

Maria was a wonderful help during our stay. She helped us at both their locations! And delete delete delete she was a great help, and gave us a lot of information about the hotel in the surroundings and what amenities were offered at the hotel and their sister hotel. If you are ever staying at a Convento or their sister hotel, please ask for Maria. She was a great help!

We were in Old San Juan for 4 days. We went to El Convento restaurant & bar every day as half of our party was staying there. The restaurant and bar are the BEST!! Great quality! Great atmosphere!! Yummy food!! Clean and super friendly staff!! We really enjoyed Luis, which a great server!! But everyone we came into contact with was really amazing! Thanks for a great experience all around!! The food was so good too! And the drinks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect location
The hotel is perfectly located to explore Old San Juan during the day and the evening. Sympathetically designed to the city’s Spanish heritage, lovely cool vibe, very safe and secure . Rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped. Staff are amazing, incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating, especially Jesus and Indira at check in and the breakfast serving team were wonderful. My only criticism would be the cleanliness of the bar and restaurant and spa area, all just felt that they would benefit from a deep clean and outlook was only serviced once during a 3 night stay. Would return and recommend
