I spent Christmas Eve dinner with my family and Luis was our server. He was super friendly and made our experience even better!

Great service in the restaurant. Luis was excellent wait staff. He is first class. He made the lunch very enjoyable. Next time I will ask for him again.

We stayed 4 nights, on the positive the joy in staying in a treasured property with such history, each morning was a joy to walk down the cloistered corridor and soak it all up. The room was small, as to be expected and modern. The reception staff were friendly and lovely. We dined in the restaurant twice and found the service to be very attentive The residents lounge was a nice respite to return to escape the afternoon sun. On the negative, we booked a room with breakfast and were issued vouchers for bacon and eggs, on the first morning we only wanted fruit, we were told that our voucher would not pay for that and we would have to pay the price of a plate of fruit. We swapped our bacon and eggs voucher for a continental breakfast voucher for the following days. For a luxury hotel this is a restrictive way to offer an inclusive breakfast, more in keeping with a motel. Housekeeping was very late, we leave our room in the morning and return at 5pm to find our rooms had not been cleaned. The hotel was not full Again not the standard I would expect. This is an expensive hotel but one that is not delivering on the basic amenities

I had an absolute blast at the wedding today! Nicole was so sweet to me, she even brought me a piping hot coffee with the biggest smile. What a perfect day! Tip that good service. 😁

The food, drinks and service with Indira in the restaurant for Sunday brunch was amazing. It was truly service with a smile!
